Manufacturers of carpets require the following criteria for a warranty claim to be in effect.
1. Cleaning records and receipts will be needed for deep water extraction every 12 to 18 months by a Carpet and Rug Institute Seal of Approval professional. We recommend Aspen Carpet Cleaning, 612-386-8487. 2. Vacuums must have an adjustable beater bar head. 3. 1⁄2” or less, 7# recommended pad be installed under the carpet.
