At CBL Floor we have under gone some small transitions. Diane has retired to be a full time grammy to our 9 grandchildren, Frank thought he was going to retire as well and do volunteer work for Young Life. Calls to CBL Floor continued to come in. At first Frank was referring calls to a friend that has a store. Feeling uneasy about the possibility of customers not receiving the service CBL would give them, Frank stopped referring friends to another store,and reinvented CBL Floor service and selling models.

CBL FLOOR REINVENTED
CBL Floor has undergone transitions in the last couple of years. Diane retired to be a full time grammy to our 9 grandchildren, Frank thought he was going to retire as well to work as a volunteer for Young Life. We announced our retirement intentions in our farewell Cornerstone Newsletter in spring of 2023. But calls to CBL Floor continued to come in and asking, “where are we going to go?” At first Frank was referring calls to a friend that has a store. Feeling uneasy about the possibility of customers not receiving the service CBL Floor would give them, Frank decided to reinvent CBL Floor sales and service models. Diane’s retirement left a huge void on CBL Floor. Replacing CBL Floor all-time greatest design/salesperson was big. Faced with two major hurdles, a retiring partner and a sales/design person, Frank reinvented CBL Floor. He tested the new sales and installation model in 2023 -2024.Here’s what he did. CBL Floor has always had membership at ProSource. It’s a contractor’s flooring showroom only open to contractors and flooring professionals who are members. He knows two highly qualified salespeople, at its Oakdale location and at the Bloomington location. The ProSource showroom is amazing in its selection and quality.
