
After your have had your flooring installed, our work doesn’t stop there.
When we mail you your paid in full invoice, it is accompanied by general
cleaning and care information and directions to the manufacturer’s Website
for complete information on all warranty coverage. If you are unhappy with
your flooring and believe you have a warranty claim, you are asked to contact
CBL, we will assist you in processing your claim.
Note: For warranty claims to be in effect, cleaning records and receipts will be
needed for deep cleaning extraction every 12 to 18 months by a Carpet and
Rug Institute Seal of Approval professional. We recommend: Lloyd’s Fibercare, Inc., 952-451-5001 or Aspen Carpet Cleaning, 612-386-8487.
