CBL recently helped long-time customers Michelle and Paul with their kitchen remodel
project. Ten years ago, we installed a DuraCeramic Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) in their
kitchen. Luckily, four tiles were left over from that job! A slight change was made to their
center island, and CBL was able to patch in the floor tiles and the result was perfect.
The existing cabinets were painted off-white, and new stainless appliances were added.

We used CBL carpets to install carpet at a house that we were getting ready to sell. I
was looking for inexpensive carpet to be installed quickly and had been to both Home
Depot and Lowes. I was SO frustrated by the lack of knowledge of the store employees
and stressed about having to make an appointment with a 3rd party, potentially get an
asbestos test and not fully knowing WHEN everything would be completed. I mentioned
my situation while at a luncheon and 2 separate neighbors suggested I call CBL. Boy
am I glad I did!! Not only did CBL have a much better quality and color selection of quick

I initially had laminate installed in 2013 in all areas but the bedrooms. Recently I decided I wanted to continue the laminate into the two bedrooms (making one into an office). After extensive searching to find the original laminate from 2013 I learned that it was no longer available. When Frank brought over samples to try to match my current flooring and saw the box of leftover laminate from 2013 he said he would try to locate more for me. He spent his time searching to get a box here and a box there from various vendors and was able to come up with what I needed. 5+ stars for taking the initiative to find what I wanted! On the day install was to begin, the installers child was ill and they couldn’t start until the next day – instead of pushing the completion date out, the installer worked through lunch and late into the afternoon to keep on schedule. The job was completed on schedule! I couldn’t be happier with the CBL flooring experience

I worked with the owners to select the flooring for my condo. They listened to what I told them I wanted and offered many choices available. When it came time to have my flooring installed they again worked with the schedule of other workman doing installations at the same time. The flooring was installed quickly and efficiently. The guy that did the installation did a beautiful job and many other people in my condo building have stopped in to look and admire the flooring. It is beautiful and I absolutely love it. CBL did a very professional job. I had to replace my carpet and wanted to add different flooring in the entryway too. CBL provided several options and I chose to use their recommendation. My job included carpeting 2 bedrooms, living room, and laminate in the entryway. Installation was done within a week. I could only find one small spot on the wall corner from the new carpet rubbing during the installation process. Typically, I’ve seen multiple marks to walls and baseboards that have to be repainted. Installer had to have been very careful. I had two other quotes for the same job, CBL was not the cheapest, but I chose them because they seemed very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Happy I did so.

My home is wheel-chair accessible … the entry doors do not have a big hump for a wheel chair to go over. The first flooring company I had over to bid my new floor job, said I couldn’t have anything that resembled a wood floor because the doors wouldn’t clear the additional height of a wood floor. When CBL came to quote the job, that problem was solved … they had the perfect product … Luxury Vinyl Plank. They replaced the Floor in my entry, dining room, kitchen and 2 baths.
