As CBL approaches its 40th year in business our future looks exciting and a bit different. Personally, Diane and I are looking forward to enjoying even more time with our 8 grandchildren, our children and their spouses.
On the business side we have decided that in June of 2020 we will not re-new our lease for another five years. Our studio showroom will move on to a virtual showroom. Over the next months we will prepare and test how inquires will be received. Customer interaction with our staff or website will help Diane and I to discover your flooring needs. Home visits will be our model to present and help you make your flooring decisions easier. What we do now in our showroom with our “customer information sheet”, we will do prior to our visit by phone or your web site interaction, with a follow up call from Diane or myself. In-home consultations will be customized to your schedule. Selections will be narrowed to your preferences and brought to you.
